They are designed to obtain a final high quality product, according to the needs, characteristics and requests of each client, likely to be cooked in a pan, a deep-fryer, an oven, or a microwave.

The locust bean gum is extracted from the seeds of the carob tree.

Its food code is E-410. We consider two types of Garrofín gum:

– Technical grade Locust Bean Gum

– Food grade Locust Bean Gum

We have a product development department that counts with a new pilot plant
in order to check the behaviour of new products at a smaller scale, the adaptation
they have to the demands of our clients and amend possible disadvantages detected
during the testing, before they are used in our industrial facilities.
