WHEAT FLOUR

We modify the functional characteristics after subjecting to certain treatments. Some of the most significant changes are:

– Moisture reduction.
Increases its water absorption capacity.
Reduces bacterial bioburden.
– Partial starch gelatinization.
Increases the viscosity of the dilutions.
Distortion of gluten.

RICE FLOUR

RICE FLOUR

We obtain this flour milling medium-sized rice grains, which are then subjected to specific treatments in order to reduce the bacterial bioburden.

BESPOKE

We have a product development department that counts with a new pilot plant
in order to check the behaviour of new products at a smaller scale, the adaptation
they have to the demands of our clients and amend possible disadvantages detected
during the testing, before they are used in our industrial facilities.
